Mero Magh a cultural festival,

Meeting all the loved ones in a place,

Having cherish and making the day memorable.

Giving sacrifice of pig a day before magh,

And taking bath at the day of magh makes them happy.

Making wise resolutions while bath,

Praying to forgave their bad deeds,

Leading them to decent path.

Drinking sweetie sweetie wine and eating pork meat,

It stands for local eat Dhikri, Tarul, Teel laddu, Bariya

And having sweet potatoes makes the day more sweet.

Taking Nishrau for the sister,

Putting out some Rice, salt and turmeric,

Cold and soft breeze in Magh winter.

Magh the new journey of life,

Suffered from obstacles and expecting for great future ahead,

From the day of magh every bad thoughts flies.

As every people in community accepted,

Bharmansha the head of the community leads people,

The new Bharmansha is elected.

Remembering all the suffering and sorrow,

Being apart from the bothers and Kamaiyas, Kamlaries

Hoping all things will be normal tomorrow.

Magh the festival of joy,

Gathering, dancing Maghauta, Shakhiya nach and singing maagar,

With the madal melody makes enjoy.
